All purchases on MetaWebCam AI are processed by our Merchant of Record:

This Refund Policy applies to all token purchases made on https://metawebcam.ai.

1. Digital Goods — Final Sale

MetaWebCam AI tokens are digital goods that grant instant access to AI-generated content. Because tokens are delivered and consumable immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final once the tokens have been credited to your account.

2. When Refunds Are Available

Notwithstanding section 1, we may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

Unauthorized transaction — charges made without your authorization (fraud)
Duplicate charge — the same transaction was billed twice due to a technical error
Non-delivery — tokens were not credited to your account despite successful payment
Technical failure — the Service was unavailable and prevented any token usage for more than 48 hours after purchase

3. Non-Refundable

Refunds will not be issued for:

Tokens that have already been consumed (partially or fully)
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violation
Any purchase older than 14 days from the transaction date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@metawebcam.ai with:

Your account email address
The transaction date and amount
The order or invoice ID
A clear description of the reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Workalisation Limited. Processing time:

Credit / debit card: 5–10 business days
Other methods: depends on the provider

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and loss of any remaining token balance.
